For TM staff, should you encounter login issues, please perform the following steps:
  • 1. Login to IDM
  • 2. Change password in IDM
  • 3. Try to login again to OCIEN after 5 minutes with the new password

UPDATE: New security policy mandates that ID sharing and Non-IDM ID is not allowed and will be removed from the system by 30-Aug-2019 5-Sept-2019 3PM. Please request for individual ID via TM ARM.
